**We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Head of Engineering to help quickly grow our business in Singapore!**

As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the driving design, vision and strategy of the Sleek platform to effectively scale with our customer growth. Position Duties

  • You will be able to articulate how initiatives factor into our growth strategy and allow us to scale quickly, as such you'll need to report success against OKRs.
  • You will establish common software development standards, and ensure each of our product squads adopt them.
  • You will work closely with Product, UX, and Data teams to stay abreast of the product roadmap and determine what can be achieved in the given time.
  • You will work with and guide different functions across the Technology department, such as DevOps, QA, RPA and Machine Learning, to build cohesive and scalable products
  • You will be involved across business stakeholder meetings as inputs into your architectural direction, and ensure projects are organized effectively across the teams.
  • You must maintain a customer-obsessed mindset and provide solutions that can keep the cogs turning for both internal and external customers.
  • Additionally you will manage and mentor senior technical members across multiple geographies (of similar timezone) and conduct frequent 1-on-1s to guide their performance and growth.

Performance Standards

  • 5 years or more in managing senior engineers or technical managers
  • Experience in building and scaling distributed systems and infrastructure
  • Solid experience in cloud (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Rancher)
  • Experience driving complex technology initiatives to completion across large teams
  • Extensive knowledge communicating and managing business stakeholder expectations
  • Indulging in epic engineering standards and not afraid to hustle
  • Familiarity with these technology stacks: NodeJS/VueJS/NestJS, Camunda, MongoDB
