DevOps Engineer with Infosys

  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to design and improve the software deployment pipeline
  • Identifies interdependencies and productivity barriers between the development and operations functions
  • Identifies opportunities to automate operations activities that slow the delivery process
  • Designs, implements, and maintains automation toolsets for configuration management, infrastructure and application deployment processes
  • Supports the creation of architectural diagrams and design specifications to aid automation
  • Creates reusable automation libraries and APIs that can be applied across the enterprise
  • Standardizes change, validation, and deployment processes to reduce complexity


  • At least 5 years of working experience in implementation and maintenance of DevSecOps pipeline
  • Well-versed in agile ways of working and familiar with common tools including JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in working in cross-functional Agile teams
  • A strong technical foundation in the following:
  • Good working experience with cloud-basedtechnologies and architectures (AWS, Azure or GCP). AWS know-how is preferred
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and systems (e.g. git, git flow, trunk-based development).
  • Experience and good knowledge of Containerization (docker etc.)
  • Container orchestration using Kubernetes, OpenShift
  • Scripting language (shell, ruby/jruby, perl, python, powershell etc.)
  • Monitoring and data collection tools (nagios, splunk, and etc.)
  • SCM tools (git, bitbucket)
  • Build tools (ant, nant, rake, etc.)
  • Packet management (rpm, npm and etc.)
  • Configuration management tools (Ansible, chef, Terraform, puppet etc.)
  • Virtualization (virtualbox, vmware, xen, kvm)
  • Microservices architecture
