Tasks:

  • You will become part of an agile development team
  • Frontend development of web-based solutions
  • Backend development based on Java and Java EE
  • Development of software components in Java on a microservices architecture in a fast-paced and international work environment
  • Use of modern web frameworks such as JavaScript and CSS
  • Orientation towards common web standards

Requirements

Must:

  • You have a degree or training in computer science, mathematics or a comparable qualification
  • You have professional experience in the field of agile software development
  • You distinguish yourself through your safe and efficient handling in the field of Java development
  • You have in-depth Linux know-how and experience with cloud technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform)
  • You have a great passion for programming Java code for microservices solutions as well as for new technologies
  • You always strive for a high degree of automation
  • You enjoy automated quality assurance and TDD

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Angular, Twitter Bootstrap, Less, Sass, JSF, Primefaces, REST / HATEOAS, PostgreSQL, Git, Maven, CI / CD with Jenkins, JMS or Kafka, Groovy is desirable, but not mandatory
