Essential Requirements
- At least 15+ years of relevant software application design & development experience. At least 4+ years of experience managing large teams or in leadership roles. Ability to mentor, attract, develop, and keep high-quality multi-disciplinary teams
- Solid knowledge of at least one programming language: Golang, Java, Rust, C++, and at least one SQL/NoSQL database engines: MySQL, DynamoDB, Cassandra, MongoDb, Redis
- Good understanding of SDLC, and Agile methodologies and demonstrated success in innovative development work
- Experience working with containerization using Docker and/or Kubernetes. Experience of modern architecture/designs - micro-services/service mesh/API-first development/high-throughput/event-driven/agent-based system
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of compute, server, storage, networking, virtualization and HCI concepts is a plus as well as Dell and VMware products (not expected but should be eager to learn)
- Experience working with public cloud such as AWS/Azure/GCP
