As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will help us to introduce and test new technologies, tools, and systems that enable fast and safe code deployment. You will also proactively monitor system health, respond to alerts and incidents, and eliminate their causes. Our scale is massive, so scalability and maintainability must always be top of mind.

Our infrastructure team is fully remote, globally distributed, honest, and dependable, and is looking for an engineer with the same personality traits. The team is made up of talented engineers from various backgrounds and skill levels. The Role:

We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer who will help us to provide follow-the-sun support to our customers and provide the level of support the engineering team requires without overworking our current team. You will:

  • Build, manage, and monitor our extensive infrastructure.
  • Introduce and test new technologies, tools, and systems that enable fast and safe code deployment.
  • Work closely with team members to identify and automate manual and repetitive processes ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Optimize our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design and champion SRE best-practices

About You:

  • Have experience with building scalable infrastructure
  • A skilled user of infrastructure provisioning tools like Helm, Flux, ARM and of automation tools like Ansible and Jenkins
  • Have hands-on experience with one of the major cloud services
  • Knowledgeable in containerization like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiar with Agile and/or Kanban methodologies
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work effectively in a fully remote and distributed team
  • A curious and collaborative team player who takes ownership of new and challenging problems and sees them through.
  • Not afraid to ask questions or for help, when needed.
  • Like sharing knowledge
  • Willing to do on-call rotations
