Us: Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy solving complex problems in a team environment? We are currently looking to add a Site Reliability Engineer to our Dev Ops team. The right individual will help drive observability efforts for our connected fitness application - JRNY. This will primarily involve being responsible for application infrastructure monitoring and alerting to ensure that build, deployment and production infrastructure is highly available and reliable. You will also work as part of the incident response team helping investigate and resolve issues. The right individual will have an eye towards automation and process improvement.

β€’ Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud technologies. β€’ Understanding of CI/CD principles and practices β€’ Familiarity with one or more build tools (e.g. Jenkins) β€’ Understanding of containerization, orchestration and automation technologies. β€’ Experience working with Kubernetes and/or Docker β€’ Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies in the DevOps space. β€’ 1-3 years of relevant DevOps experience

Nice to have:

β€’ Linux systems administration is a plus β€’ Programming experience is a plus β€’ Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is plus


β€’ Administer and maintain a range of CI/CD build pipeline tools (Jenkins, Github, GitLab and Terraform). β€’ Work with internal and external partners to assess enhancements to current toolset and recommend new products. β€’ Participate in the design and implementation of new systems to help improve performance, reliability, and scalability. β€’ Configure, monitor, and manage alerting using third-party services such as New Relic, DataDog, PagerDuty and other open-source tools. β€’ Use monitoring and alerting tools to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. β€’ Automate manual processes and develop technical documentation.
