Chief Technology Officer with MoviePass

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor and lead a focused engineering team
• In partnership with other stakeholders, create a strategic plan and road map for our product
• Oversee architecture of the product, infrastructure and development process
• Hands on leadership and willing to lead by example

• Experience being business-minded & collaborative. Spent time working with others outside of Product & Engineering and understands the needs of the business to understand which trade-offs can and cannot be made

• Ability to communicate trade-offs to other stakeholders in the organization with varying degrees of technical fluency
• Little to no ego. There's too much to do to focus on politicking

Requirements

Technical Requirements

• 10+ years of proven professional experience working across all aspects of the tech stack
• Experience architecting and scaling Enterprise grade systems
• Proven professional DevOps experience (Kubernetes, CI/CD, etc.)
• Experience using Terraform to construct and maintain cloud environments
• Experience with Web3 and AI/ML a plus

• SwiftUI & Jetpack Compose
• NoSQL & SQL databases
• AWS & GCP
